A fellowship is a program where you’re constantly working and learning. Normal college and school are 80 percent theory and 20 percent practical learning. A fellowship is 80 percent practical and 20 percent theory, where your learning is continually put to practice through your work. 

This program does not provide a certificate. We believe that certificates are no longer an effective tool to showcase the experience that a fellow goes through. What we do provide instead is a personalized Letter of Recommendation (LoR) from our founders. This allows us to showcase your skills, abilities, experiences and contributions in a far more in-depth and personalised manner, which is extremely valuable in the case of pursuing a career or further studies.

We take in only 50 students per year, because this program is highly customised to each partner. Our entire team works on a one-to-one basis with each partner to create their goals, and we work with them towards achieving their weekly and monthly milestones.

If you’re not clear about your career, then this program is perfect for you. You’ll get to try your hand at learning multiple skills, multiple types of projects and you will go through career coaching sessions which will help you to reflect on and discover, what are truly your strengths, interests and passions and how you can convert them into a career.

Personal development and accelerating the careers of students from across various backgrounds is not something that can be achieved through a standardised program, such as in college. Due to this, we limit how many partners we take on, such that we may maximise our impact and ensure their success.

We run workshops that will help you to become someone who can make a difference, in whatever activity that you do. Through these workshops, you will learn product development, how to sell, digital marketing, creating innovative ideas, communication, public speaking, using social media, etc. These are just a few examples of the kind of workshops that are a part of the program, to help you learn these 21^st century skills and implement them through your careers.

Our founders come from the best engineering and MBA colleges in India, and are well connected with the leading entrepreneurs, CEO’s and professionals from the Pune area. Our mentor network is extremely dynamic. We bring on people to come and talk, conduct workshops and mentor students at different stages through the program, dependent on the partners profiles and the kind of projects that they work on.

It’s for anybody who wants to discover their passions and convert them into a career that suits them best. 

It’s also for anybody who is thinking of doing an MBA or Masters program at some point in the future but doesn’t want to do it straight after graduation, they would rather work in a role where they work directly with a decision maker in a startup or a medium sized company, where they’re actually practicing business for a few years and get real life experience before doing an MBA. It is also a place for those 3^rd/4^th year students or those taking a gap year who need direction and want to gain career clarity. So, if that’s what excites you then this is for you.

There is no mandatory attendance. Our goal is not to force you to come for the program, but rather to create an environment where you yourself are responsible for your participation and results.

You will get to create your own story through this program. We allow our partners to take full ownership of their successes and failures, so that they gain as much as possible. You will get to work on projects, work with companies, develop your personality, and accelerate your career by having an edge against students who have only completed college with no practical experience.

No, this program is not restricted based on your major or degree. It is for all students who would like to convert their passions, interest, hobbies, talents into an active business. Additionally, we believe that the spirit of business, entrepreneurship and innovation are applicable no matter what career you are in, even if you are a doctor, lawyer, or artist; the skills developed through this program can help you stay adaptable in our digital age and ever-changing workplaces.

It’s a program that helps you develop your vision, your attitude, your relationships, your skills, and most importantly helps you develop your sense of self-initiative. We believe that our partners should not have to doing work, but rather in creating an environment and opportunities that motivate them to take ownership of their own projects, and learn self-management, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, technological implementation and creativity. 

No there will not be placement. 

Actually, there will be placement, but not in the traditional sense. You will be taught to network, to build your profile, to create opportunities for yourself. You will be coached to plan what kind of placement you want, whether it’s in a master’s program or in a job. There will be networking events monthly and quarterly where you will get to interact with founders, CEO’s and recruiters from different companies.

This program is meant to give you what you put into it, as per your requirements. We have had students on a gap year who invest 10-12 hours a day at Enterprise, and have also had students who are in college, and working as well and thus spend 10-15 hours a week at Enterprise. This is a program that you can use in the way that makes the most sense and provides the most benefit for you.
