MCCIA - Mahratta Chamber of Commerce Industries and Agriculture

Spread across 8 weeks and 150 hours of work, this business project with India’s very first chamber and legendary of commerce, sought to magnetise talent. It addressed the problem statement of ‘getting 200+ applicants for the MCCIA Fellowship’, which is a unique opportunity for graduates and post-graduates to gain exposure across 16+ industry verticals.

Supergreens - Reena and Shantanu Jain

This market research project with one of Vdodra’s first hydroponic farms, spread across a duration of 12 weeks and 150 hours of work. Supergreens had already completed 3,000 orders by August 2022 and was looking to expand its market, particularly in Pune. This required in-depth market research to identify possibilities for growth in the city.

Make and Take - Ruby Jhunjhunwala

The student partners worked with the renowned Pune-based ceramic artist, Ruby Jhunjhunwala, to help refine her customer approach for her “Make and Take” ceramics experience. With a regular inflow of customers, sales were not a problem for Ms Jhunjhunwala. Yet, understanding her customers to position herself differently from the typical ceramic programmes, was the challenge we sought to tackle.

Raina Engineers is India's only marine crane manufacturing company to refine their talent magnetisation strategy. With over 110 years of experience in the field, Raina Engineers was looking to onboard young engineers to their team. The Let’s Enterprise student partners took on the task of building awareness among young, potential employees and positioning Raina Engineers as a place of growth and opportunity.

Pilates with Aarti - Aarti Jhunjhunwala

Aarti, a certified pilates and fitness trainer for over 20 years, had trained close to 2,540 people up until August 2022. Yet, understanding her customer to position herself differently from the other Pilates trainers was the challenge our student partners sought to tackle. Understanding the client's persona and defining her positioning helped her craft a business model, market and sell it.

Personal Branding - Priya Hajela

Pune-based fiction writer Priya Hajela was not quite sure who her readers were, around the time she was all set to publish her first book, Ladies Tailor in 2022. The Let’s Enterprise student partners worked with her to help her identify her brand voice. We helped her identify the core message, define her tribe, and understand whether it’s through content creation, book signings, or connecting with people offline that would work best for her.
