Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is the Working BBA?
The Working BBA is India's first undergraduate business program where work experience is integrated into the curriculum. You earn a recognised BBA degree from a UGC-approved online university while simultaneously completing apprenticeships, client projects, and business challenges with real companies.
How is this different from a regular BBA with internships?
Traditional BBAs offer 1–2 short internships. Working BBA provides 15+ months of apprenticeships across 3 years, along with ongoing client projects and consulting engagements. You graduate with a full portfolio of real work.
Is the BBA degree recognised?
Yes. You receive a BBA degree from a UGC-approved online university that runs parallel to the Working BBA program. This degree is recognised for higher education and employment.
Can I choose my program later or do I decide upfront?
You choose your track at the time of application. Year 1 has a shared foundation, but specialization begins in Year 2 so early commitment helps customise your journey.
What if my family business plans change during the program?
If you are in the Family Business track and circumstances change, we help transition you to the Entrepreneurial Jobs track for greater flexibility.
Do you provide placements?
We do not follow traditional campus placements. By Year 3 you are already working with companies through apprenticeships, many of which convert into full-time roles.
What's the time commitment like?
This is a full-time intensive program. Expect 40–50 hours per week across projects, apprenticeships, business challenges, and degree coursework.
Where are the apprenticeships located?
Most apprenticeships are based in Pune and surrounding areas. The Entrepreneurial Jobs track includes a 2–3 month outstation apprenticeship for broader exposure.
Can students from outside Pune apply?
Yes. Students from across India are welcome. The program operates on a smart campus model in Pune, so relocation to Pune is required.
