Last past few months have been very difficult and different for me. I have never faced these emotions and situations. One of the biggest changes in my life was Joining Enterprise. It’s been a difficult and struggling experience for me. Every day brings challenges that push me out of my comfort zone, and while it’s not easy, I am trying to tackle them which gives me more experience and strength . Talking to different people, managing responsibilities, and facing unfamiliar situations still feels overwhelming at times.
But think about it, how would you feel if you found yourself in a situation like this? From being someone who didn’t face such challenges to suddenly in a situation like this , it’s a huge shift.
However, these experiences are giving me new perspectives and helping me in self growth and making new connections. I never thought I’d do something like this in my life. It’s a tough journey, but I’m learning to adapt and take things as they come.
Before the last 4 months I was in a completely different state. I wasn’t doing much with my time and felt stuck in my comfort zone. My days were not fully structured, and I had no routine or clear direction in life. I often felt bored, unproductive, and clueless about my next steps. Looking back, I can see that I was avoiding challenges, which held me back from growing or exploring new opportunities. I was not that confident to talk to people and also being too much shy
I’ve gone through some tough but valuable experiences, each brought new learnings, challenges and emotions. One of the incidents was when we had to run a business with seed money. At the start, I had high hopes and was excited about what we could achieve. While I did my best to meet those expectations, the journey was filled with ups and downs. A particularly challenging moment came when a supplier couldn’t deliver an order on time. This was a panic situation but we tackled the situation as a team and also there were many conflicts between our team and that happens while working in a team. In the end, we successfully overcame the situation and even made a good profit. There were many takeaways from this project like teamwork is very important and also one thing I have learned is that you will face many ups and downs but always learn from it and never get demotivated.
All these incidents and situations have made me emotionally stronger. One thing I’m really glad about is that I’ve gained a lot of confidence. Going through challenges dealing with failures and different people and stepping out of my comfort zone weren’t easy, but they taught me so much. I feel like I’ve grown a lot as a person.
I’m still trying to learn things from this journey, taking things step by step, and learning something new every day and also for the life challenges that will come in future life.
