Neetu Kapasi currently works with IKEA India, leading public affairs, policy advocacy and strategic external communications. She is a doer with more than two decades of work experience in communications across many fields from grassroot to corporate. She holds professional education in development communications, food & nutrition, business administration, and public policy. She has experience of working on many topics like poverty, HIV/AIDS drugs, women & child health, shaping policy, labour, land and label reforms, fund raising, equality, diversity & inclusion, etc.
